Hi, I’m Dr. Margaret “Maggie” Collins, and I want to welcome you to Shine Every Day.

I’m in my late 60s now, and people often tell me I look years younger than my age. The truth is, I’m not special—I’ve simply learned how to give my body the right care, and it has given me energy, vitality, and joy in return.

✈️ My Life of Travel and Learning

Throughout my life, I’ve had the privilege of traveling the world and meeting incredible people—from herbal healers in Asia, to nutrition experts in Europe, to natural medicine researchers in the US. Each encounter taught me something new, and I began to see a common thread: no matter where you are, when you give your body what it truly needs, it rewards you with health and vitality.

I took these lessons home and started to apply them in my own life. Slowly, I changed my habits, adjusted my routines, and focused on the essentials—nutrition, movement, stress relief, and natural support.

🌸 My Personal Wellness Journey

Like many people, I hit some roadblocks in my 40s and 50s. I had stiff joints in the morning, sometimes forgot little things, and felt my energy slipping away. I could have accepted it as “just part of aging.” But I didn’t.

Instead, I decided to act. I applied everything I had learned from my travels and studies, and step by step, I transformed my health. Today, I feel stronger and more vibrant in my late 60s than I did decades ago. I still hike, travel, spend time with loved ones, and live without the constant fear of illness that many people face at this age.
